- In accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1074 of 02.04.2019 “On facilitation visa issuance procedures for foreigner and stateless persons arriving in the Republic of Azerbaijan with regard to participate at the 4erd session of the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO”, foreigners and stateless persons submitting the official invitation letter of UNESCO and the document proving accreditation in accordance with the relevant rules of the same organization can obtain a visa on arrival at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the period between June-July 10, 2019.
- Foreigners and stateless persons arriving in the Republic of Azerbaijan with regard to participate at the 43rd session of the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO will be able to get an electronic visa within 3 working days (for a standard visa) or 3 hours (for an urgent visa) through the official web-site (evisa.gov.az) of the “ASAN Visa” system.
